Overview

The Global Benefits Partner is a hands-on role responsible for administering global benefits programs and overseeing the delivery of the company’s global Leave of Absence (LOA) programs across various countries.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in benefits and/or leave of absence administration.
• Strong experience managing LOA programs across regions.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. leave and benefits regulations.
• Experience with compliance processes and audits.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
