We’re looking for a Global Compensation & Benefits Partner to lead and evolve our compensation and benefits strategy across more than 60 countries. This role is key to ensuring we attract, retain, and reward top talent with scalable, equitable, and competitive practices.

If you're experienced in designing global salary structures, managing benefits across multiple regions, and aligning compensation frameworks with business strategy, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact in a high-growth fintech environment.

In Short

  • Design and maintain global salary band structures
  • Benchmark compensation regularly in competitive markets
  • Lead development of global salary architecture
  • Manage job architecture and role descriptions
  • Evaluate and evolve compensation packages
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition for offer structuring
  • Support annual compensation cycles
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal for compliance
  • Own compensation systems and processes
  • Lead creation of global benefits matrix

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in global compensation and benefits
  • Strong expertise in salary structures and benefits programs
  • Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Proven track record managing global salary architecture
  • Experience with benchmarking tools and HRIS systems
