We’re looking for a Global Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead and evolve our compensation and benefits strategy across more than 60 countries. This role is key to ensuring we attract, retain, and reward top talent with scalable, equitable, and competitive practices.

In Short

• Design and maintain global salary band structures
• Benchmark compensation regularly, particularly in complex and competitive markets
• Lead the development and implementation of a global salary architecture
• Manage job architecture, including job levelling and titling frameworks
• Evaluate and evolve compensation packages
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders
• Support annual compensation cycles
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal for alignment and compliance
• Own compensation systems and processes
• Lead the creation of a global benefits matrix

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in global compensation and benefits
• Strong expertise in designing salary structures and benefits programs
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• Proven track record managing global salary architecture
• Experience with benchmarking tools and HRIS systems
