  • Lead the development and implementation of a global salary architecture across job families, levels, and geographies
  • Manage our job architecture, including job levelling, titling frameworks, and role descriptions
  • Evaluate and evolve compensation packages to balance internal equity, market competitiveness, and business strategy
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders to guide offer structuring, pay decisions, and salary band usage
  • Support annual compensation cycles
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure alignment, compliance, and financial integrity
  • Own compensation systems and processes, including any equity platforms and benchmarking tools
  • Support the administration and strategy of equity programs within the company

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in global compensation and benefits, ideally in a high-growth fintech or tech environment.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing salary structures, job levelling frameworks, and benefits programs across multiple countries.
  • Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to drive clarity and structure across complex global environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record managing global salary architecture, equity compensation, and benefits strategy.
  • Experience with benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer) and HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob), with high proficiency in Excel and compensation analytics.

Benefits

  • Part of a diverse, global team committed to making a positive impact
  • Real purpose in your work with the freedom to grow in a supportive environment
  • Opportunities to work across time zones and engage in community initiatives
