In Short

• Be part of the Enterprise Customer Success team, guiding large customers in adopting Samsara products.
• Manage customer relationships post-sales to ensure successful deployment of IoT solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
• Utilize exceptional communication skills to explain technology to various stakeholders.
• Track implementation progress and product adoption.
• Run training sessions for customers on Samsara technology.
• Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and success.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural values in a growing global environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Experience in Enterprise SaaS is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent consultative skills and experience in system implementations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
