Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or consulting.
• Strong priority management and emotional intelligence.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.

• Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.
• Proven track record of effective communication with various stakeholders.
• Passion for taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Diplomacy and poise under pressure with customer issues.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
