Overview

The Business Systems Analyst role at Samsara focuses on optimizing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and profitability within the organization, particularly in relation to finance and ERP systems like NetSuite.

In Short

Collaborate with business partners to enhance finance and ERP (NetSuite) systems.
Lead complex projects and support during month/quarter-end processes.
Perform business and systems analysis for long-term technical solutions.
Drive design and configuration within NetSuite.
Document and define business requirements for enterprise projects.
Administer NetSuite and other finance systems.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and processes.
Champion Samsara’s cultural principles in a hybrid work environment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Sales.
Support the ongoing administration and upgrades of critical business systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
3+ years of experience with the NetSuite platform.
Experience with integrations between NetSuite and other business systems.
Understanding of key financial business processes.
Experience leading multiple NetSuite projects.
