Sales Manager - Remote

Overview

SamCart is looking for a Sales Manager to run our Sales organization, focusing on expanding relationships with customers and enhancing our ability to grow and maintain these relationships.

In Short

• Lead and coach the sales team to improve productivity.
• Achieve monthly revenue and close rate goals.
• Hire and onboard new sales team members.
• Develop sales enablement assets and processes.
• Ensure effective use of sales tools and data reporting.
• Explore new marketing channels for sales expansion.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with other departments.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for post-sale support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in B2B or B2B2C software.
• 2+ years of experience managing sales teams.
• Experience in a high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
• Understanding of high-transaction, fast-cycle businesses.
• Foundation in enterprise sales methodologies.
• Experience with value-based selling.
• Growth, upsell, and cross-sell marketing experience preferred.
• Self-starter with ownership of projects.
