Overview

The Senior Renewals Manager at Salesforce is responsible for managing a large portfolio of renewal contracts, developing strategic relationships, and driving customer success.

In Short

  • Own and manage the renewals process for the MuleSoft business.
  • Develop win/win negotiation strategies for contract renewals.
  • Maximize account growth opportunities during contract renewals.
  • Provide accurate 90-day rolling forecasts for assigned regions.
  • Perform forensic analysis for early identification of attrition risks.
  • Mentor the extended team on efficient resolution processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Create replacement contracts and detailed quotes.
  • Provide regular status updates on complex issues.
  • Work to minimize attrition and drive financial outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Renewals, or Account Management.
  • Strong process management and financial acumen.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM preferred.
  • Negotiation skills and experience with complex contracts.
  • Desire to take on additional tasks or pilot projects.
  • Completion of negotiation skills courses is a plus.
