Overview

The Data Scientist supporting the Account Success team is responsible for developing predictive models to enhance customer relationships and reduce attrition through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• BS in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years in data science or advanced analytics.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Experience with churn prediction models.
• Hands-on experience with causal inference techniques.
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
