Overview

The CCE Engineer MTS at Salesforce is responsible for diagnosing complex issues affecting customers, solving technical problems, and collaborating with product teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Investigate and diagnose complex customer issues.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Two years of experience in the job offered or related field.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java, Python).
• Experience with SOAP and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Software Quality and Testing.
• Proficient in SQL and AWS.
• Knowledge of Database Management Systems.
• Experience with Integration and Machine Learning.
• Familiarity with Oracle, XML, and ETL technologies.
