Partnership Services Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Partnership Services Coordinator (PSC) ensures the seamless operations and service delivery of all aspects of partnership services while fostering high-impact collaboration. The PSC plays a key role in managing and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective partners through contract facilitation, enhancing satisfaction and retention, to maximize impact and funding.

In Short

• Maintain and foster collaborative relationships with over 40 partners.
• Serve as a contact for partners, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships.
• Maintain an up-to-date partner database and proactively research new partnership opportunities.
• Work with Indigenous Partners across Canada to promote initiatives and programs.
• Help identify, steward and onboard new partners.
• Facilitate contract processes and ensure proper agreements are in place.
• Assist partners with their needs and concerns using superior customer service skills.
• Keep current on best practices for managed funds.
• Develop and maintain agreement templates.
• Facilitate reporting to donors and manage organizational files.

Requirements

• Experience in partnership management or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of contract management and facilitation.
• Knowledge of Indigenous issues and partnerships in Canada.
• Proficiency in database management.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Google Drive and file management.
