Participant Recruiter - Remote

Overview

This remote US-based role of Participant Recruiter is critical to the success of our client’s research studies. The focus is on recruiting qualified participants while ensuring seamless communication between all parties involved. The recruiter works closely with the Project Manager and other team members to achieve success.

In Short

• Participate in an initial Kick Off call to learn about study specifics.
• Recruit for multiple qualitative market research studies simultaneously.
• Schedule participants for research studies meeting recruitment targets.
• Provide clear and timely information to participants and researchers.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to understand study requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and study progress.
• Address participant questions ensuring a positive experience.
• Coordinate project deliverables including recruiting updates and schedules.
• Monitor project elements and manage potential roadblocks.
• Work in accordance with company SOPs.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in participant recruitment or market research is a plus.
• Proficient in record keeping and using internal tools.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes.
• Problem-solving skills to address urgent issues.
