Overview

The Professional Services Manager will spearhead our professional services for customers, focusing on implementing sophisticated on-vehicle solutions integrated with backend systems using Windows Servers and Safe Fleet Cloud applications.

In Short

• Lead the implementation of on-vehicle technology solutions integrated with backend systems on Windows Servers and Azure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the integration of Safe Fleet equipment and services with Customer networks and systems.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Act as the subject matter expert for applications, guiding setup and usage.
• Manage projects from conception through to completion.
• Provide leadership and guidance to professional service and network engineering teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
• Review, test, and recommend wireless products for vehicle solutions.
• Manage professional services team to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing technology solutions.
• Proficient in wireless networking, including performing site surveys.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies, networking, or project management are highly desirable.
