• Act as a key liaison between clients and delivery teams after contract signing.
• Conduct detailed requirement elicitation sessions and workshops with clients.
• Analyze, document, and manage business requirements and user stories.
• Translate client needs into clear specifications for development and QA teams.
• Support project managers in defining scope, timelines, and change requests.
• Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and designers.
• Validate solutions against business requirements and support UAT activities.
• Manage requirement changes and communicate implications to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for solution improvements and optimizations.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of IT outsourcing and SDLC.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in complex software development projects (e.g., FinTech).
• Ability to gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Experience in defining user stories and business processes.
• Understanding of APIs and cloud-based solutions (nice to have).
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (BPMN, UML, Miro, Figma).
• Strong documentation skills using Confluence, Jira, and Excel.
• Ability to support effort estimation and delivery planning.
