OCM Lead - Remote

Overview

The OCM Lead will work with multiple stakeholders including technical and subject matter experts, project teams, and senior government staff to understand products, services, and associated change impact requirements.

Requirements

• PROSCI Change Management Certification or ACMP certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Journalism, Communications, or Business.
• Minimum five years of experience in change management leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in overseeing change management plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• Experience working on SAP Projects is preferred.
