In Short

• Lead CRO efforts for our website, sign-up flows, and critical touch points within the product
• Design, develop, and implement A/B tests and multivariate experiments to understand user behavior and improve conversion rates
• Develop landing pages and dynamic content experiences to personalize user interactions
• Analyze data and report on findings, using insights to inform rapid iterations and future tests
• Collaborate with design and marketing to create high-converting user journeys based on different ICPs
• Use a variety of tools (Next.js, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, analytics, testing platforms) to create flexible, responsive, and conversion-focused pages

Requirements

• 3+ years of fullstack engineering experience, with a focus on front-end and a passion for growth
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles, funnel analytics, and user behavior
• Demonstrated experience in A/B testing and multivariate testing for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js) and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar)
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver
• Successful completion of a background check

• Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $140,000. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at RunPod and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location
