In Short

• Conduct usability tests to refine user interactions.
• Work part-time (20 hours a week) for 6 months.
• Gain exposure to the full product development process.
• Study developer workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Produce reports and presentations based on user findings.

• Develop skills in program management and unbiased interviewing.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant graduate program.
• Familiarity with usability testing methods.
• Able to accommodate a 20-hour-per-week schedule.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fast, stable internet connection for video sessions.
• Openness to feedback and commitment to growth.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Benefits
