UX Research Intern - Remote

Overview

As a UX Research Intern at Accor, you will support the Voice of Customer team in enhancing user knowledge and improving customer experience through user research.

In Short

• Assist UX Researchers in conducting user studies to explore needs and understand usage.
• Support Product Designers in evaluative studies.
• Conduct internal communication to promote team activities.
• Continuously enrich and optimize a user knowledge base.
• Organize user testing programs and in-person events.

Requirements

• Seeking a final year internship or gap year experience.
• Curious, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Familiar with user research concepts and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of collaboration tools like Notion, Miro, Teams, Dovetail, and Maze is a plus.
