In Short

• Design trusted, scalable data models for RCM reporting processes.
• Work with engineers, product managers, and operational leaders.
• Utilize Flink SQL, dbt, Redshift, Looker, and Hex.
• Build a low-latency, clean reporting layer.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency with dbt and SQL.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses, particularly Redshift.
• Exposure to event-based data models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Data Science.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling best practices.
• Experience with Amazon Redshift, including performance tuning.
• Ability to translate event-based data models into reporting structures.
