  • People management experience with a team of 3+ direct reports.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Experience in process design and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Data fluency with tools like Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Ability to translate analysis into action plans.
  • Experience aligning work to OKRs.
