Requirements

• 10+ years of related professional experience, 5+ years specific to L&D.
• Experience designing and implementing L&D programs in high-growth environments.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience leveraging data to improve programs.
