Ruby Labs is seeking a Lead Engineer for a new D2C product in the LegalTech/Utilities sector, combining technical leadership with hands-on development.

In Short

Lead and mentor a team of developers.
Design and scale project architectures.
Optimize team productivity.
Integrate third-party services.
Resolve conflicts and address project challenges.
Ensure high code and product quality.
Prioritize tasks strategically.
Maintain and improve existing code.
Ensure stability and performance of high-load projects.

Requirements

Front-End Development: Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS.
Full-Stack Development: Experience with NextJS.
DevOps: Proficiency in CI/CD, Docker, Cloudflare, and AWS.
Database Management: Understanding of PostgreSQL and Redis.
Data Analysis: Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics.
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills.
