Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• At least 3 years focused on executive or senior-level searches.
• Demonstrated success in placing C-level and Director-level talent.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and CRM systems preferred.
• Prior in-house executive search or consulting experience is an advantage.
