Overview

The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, evaluating, and engaging qualified candidates for executive roles within the West Virginia University Health System, managing the full-cycle recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Seven years of professional recruiting experience.
• At least two years of recruiting for executive-level positions.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
• Ability to travel to recruitment and HR events.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• High levels of resourcefulness and executive presence.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
