The Senior Insurance Claims Specialist is responsible for managing patient account balances, ensuring accurate claim submissions, compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service to resolve issues related to claims.

In Short

  • Manage patient account balances and claim submissions.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • CRCR Certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Three years of medical billing/medical office experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and third party payers.
  • Ability to maintain current knowledge of billing requirements.
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
  • Ability to work in an office environment.
  • Strong customer service and telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
