The Senior Insurance Claims Specialist is responsible for managing patient account balances, ensuring accurate claim submissions, compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • CRCR Certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Three years of medical billing/office experience.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use tact and diplomacy.
  • Knowledge of third party payer requirements.
  • Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding processes preferred.
  • Ability to work in an office environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
