Overview

The Risk Program Manager assists leadership in developing and implementing strategies for enterprise-wide risk management and performance improvement within a healthcare setting.

• Assists in developing systems for risk identification and reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Seven years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Three years of experience with professional liability insurance.
• Five years of experience in claims and legal proceedings.
• Master’s degree in nursing or medical-related field preferred.
• CPHRM certification preferred.
• Strong data display and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Presentation skills are required.
• Ability to navigate risk management systems.
