Overview

The Commercial Lines Account Executive - Mid-Market will serve as a trusted advisor to key client groups by providing strategic guidance and managing client relationships in the insurance sector.

In Short

  • Provide consultative guidance on collaborative initiatives and risk profiles.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Prepare proposals, renewals, and risk transfer advice.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers.
  • Participate in retention of renewal business.
  • Interact with producers to prepare marketing information.
  • Leverage insurance knowledge to develop new business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of objectives.
  • Maintain records of service and communications.
  • 5+ years of client management experience in Professional Liability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Professional Liability.
  • Valid New York P&C brokers’ license.
  • Experience with New York Real Estate clients.
  • Proficient in insurance agency management systems, preferably AMS360.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage workflow effectively.
