Systems Support Subject Matter Expert - Remote

Overview

RRD's Packaging & Labels Platforms is seeking a Systems Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) to manage the conversion of legacy Management Information Systems to Enterprise ERP solutions.

In Short

• Serve as SME for System Conversion & Support Team
• Travel to facilities required (25% or more)
• Support functional areas including Estimating, Planning, and Production Management
• Conduct Business and Process Assessments
• Develop and adapt training materials
• Identify performance gaps and develop strategies
• May serve as Project Leader
• Analyze training effectiveness
• Participate in special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience
• Experience in ERP support and conversion
• 3-5 years in a packaging or labels environment preferred
• Strong independent work and problem-solving skills
• Experience in change control management
• Ability to travel for training sessions
