Legal Workflow Coordinator - 1st Shift (Hybrid) - Remote

Overview

The Legal Workflow Coordinator will serve as a primary contact for word processing-related projects, ensuring efficient management of tasks and communication with requesters.

In Short

• Work Monday - Friday from 11:00am - 7:30pm.
• Training for 3-4 weeks from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, non-flexible.
• Hybrid work model: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote after 90 days probation.
• Primary point of contact for document-related requests.
• Coordinate and prioritize workload within the department.
• Gather detailed information from requesters for task analysis.
• Assist with proofreading and quality control during high-volume periods.
• Maintain knowledge of supported software packages.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
• Document processing experience preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 95% accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or legal experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Experience with legal software is advantageous.
• Knowledge of legal terminology preferred but not mandatory.
• Transcription experience is a plus.
• Ability to produce quality work under pressure.
• Prior document processing experience in a team setting.
