Legal Workflow Coordinator - 2nd Shift (Hybrid) - Remote

Overview

RR Donnelley is looking to add a Legal Workflow Coordinator to their 2nd Shift team, responsible for managing various word processing-related projects.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming requests.
• Coordinate, assign, and distribute workload.
• Interface with requesters to gather detailed information.
• Analyze requests to determine task performance.
• Assist with proofreading and quality control analysis.
• Deliver projects within negotiated timeframes.
• Maintain knowledge of firm-supported software packages.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 95% accuracy.
• Knowledge of legal terminology preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of legal experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with legal software is an advantage.
• Prior document processing experience in a team environment.
• Transcription experience a plus.
