Legal Document Specialist - 1st Shift (Hybrid) - Remote

Overview

RRD is adding a Legal Document Specialist to their 1st Shift team, seeking a Word Processing professional to support time-sensitive project requests across multiple shifts and locations.

In Short

• Work as part of a team to produce quality legal documents.
• Support time-sensitive project requests.
• Utilize various legal software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
• Create, edit, and format legal documents.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Provide help desk support for application queries.
• Complete all assigned jobs accurately and on time.
• Transcribe dictation files as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in legal word processing preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs required.
• Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 95% accuracy.
• Ability to manage complex legal document markups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
• Experience with transcription is a plus.
• Knowledge of legal terminology preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines.
