Legal Document Specialist - 1st Shift (Hybrid) - Remote

Overview

The Legal Document Specialist will support time-sensitive project requests by creating, editing, and formatting legal documents while ensuring customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Create, edit, and format legal documents
• Convert and clean documents to/from different formats
• Create charts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets
• Perform data entry and transcription tasks
• Restore corrupted document files
• Provide help desk support for application queries
• Handle sensitive and confidential documents
• Complete jobs by deadlines accurately
• Follow established policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 95% accuracy
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs required
• Experience with legal document processing tasks
• Ability to prioritize requests and deadlines
• Flexibility to work overtime as required
• Knowledge of legal terminology preferred
• Transcription experience a plus
