Legal Document Specialist - 3rd Shift (Hybrid) - Remote

Overview

RRD is seeking a Legal Document Specialist to join their 3rd Shift team, focusing on producing high-quality legal documents and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Work in a hybrid model after 90 days: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
• Shift schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 11 PM - 7:30 AM.
• Hourly pay rate of $19.19 with a $3/hour shift premium.
• Responsibilities include creating, editing, and formatting legal documents.
• Must handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 95% accuracy.
• Experience in legal word processing is preferred.
• Training period of 3-4 weeks from 9 AM - 5 PM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience in legal word processing or document production.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs required.
• Ability to prioritize various requests and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with legal terminology and citations preferred.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
• Transcription experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle complex legal document markups.
• Professional interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to restore/recover corrupted document files.
