Legal Document Specialist - 2nd Shift (Hybrid) - Remote

Overview

The Legal Document Specialist will support time-sensitive project requests by creating and formatting legal documents, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Work on the 2nd shift, Sunday to Thursday from 3pm to 11:30pm.
• Hybrid work model: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote after 90 days.
• Pay rate of $19.19 plus a $2 shift differential.
• Create, edit, and format legal documents using various software.
• Convert, clean, and format documents across different file types.
• Perform data entry and transcription tasks.
• Handle sensitive and confidential documents.
• Provide help desk support for application queries.
• Meet deadlines with accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines.
• Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with high accuracy.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience in legal word processing preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs required.
• Experience with legal terminology and citations preferred.
• Transcription experience is a plus.
• Ability to work professionally with clients and team members.
