E-Billing Analyst - Remote

Overview

The E-Billing Analyst will be responsible for managing invoice submissions and resolving e-billing issues for law firm's clients, requiring excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

• 1+ years of e-billing experience in a law firm or corporate law department.
• Knowledge of legal billing systems and formats is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Able to influence senior management.
