E-Billing Analyst - Remote

Overview

The E-Billing Analyst will manage invoice submissions via e-billing platforms and resolve related issues, ensuring excellent communication and service in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Work with the client’s E-billing Manager on management requests.
• Submit electronic invoices and accruals monthly.
• Handle complex e-submission assignments for corporate clients.
• Liaise between billing attorney/secretarial staff and clients.
• Maintain and update client data in the billing system.
• Support e-billing systems with user account management.
• Perform analyses of client accounts regarding invoices.

Requirements

• Associate or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• 1+ years of e-billing experience in a law firm.
• Knowledge of legal billing systems and formats.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to influence at senior levels.
