The Billing Analyst at Mitratech will manage all aspects of the billing cycle, ensuring accurate invoicing and collections while collaborating with various departments to resolve issues.

• Generate accurate client invoices and document charges.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in billing or collections.
• Strong understanding of billing processes and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Billing.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
