Associate Process Engineer - Remote

Overview

RRD has an exciting opportunity for an Associate level Process Engineer to join our team, responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing operational and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

In Short

• Evaluate and optimize processes and technology to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a systematic costing model.
• Adjust costing systems to reflect changes in equipment and methods.
• Maintain work measurement standards to improve labor efficiency.
• Develop productivity and efficiency reports.
• Support engineering and process quality initiatives.
• Participate in special projects as directed.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
• 0-4 years experience in process optimization and cost analysis.
• Knowledge of AWS, Python, C+, Java, AppScript, VBA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
