Overview

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Sr. Manager, Regional Construction Programs to oversee multiple large-scale data center builds across a defined region, with a focus on sustainability and quality.

In Short

• Lead construction programs and project oversight for regional data center projects.
• Support bid evaluation and General Contractor selection efforts.
• Ensure site-specific permitting and permit sign-off.
• Establish decision-making processes for on-site resources.
• Support community development initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver project updates for executive stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in construction processes.
• Support safety and compliance programs on-site.
• Mentor and develop field personnel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in managing data center construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills for executive presentations.
• Proven experience managing large teams of contractors.
• Knowledge of construction worksite safety practices.
• Experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control programs.
• Working knowledge of sustainable building practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
