Recruiter for Data Center Talent Acquisition - Remote

Overview

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a seasoned Recruiter with a proven track record in data center talent acquisition for a contract role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a range of technical and operational roles within the data center industry.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage potential candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and experience.
• Manage and coordinate all interview stages while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of professionals in critical infrastructure.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
• Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Ashby).
• Advise hiring managers to help them make better hiring decisions.
• Create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data center recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to source and network within the data center industry.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby) and other recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet tight deadlines.
