Overview

Rover is seeking a passionate Customer Experience Agent fluent in Polish and Spanish to join our dynamic team in Spain. This entry-level role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and safety across markets in Europe.

In Short

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through various channels.
  • Work Monday to Friday with rotation for Saturdays and bank holidays.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
  • Maintain product knowledge and adhere to platform standards.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Must be fluent in English and Polish, plus Spanish or another European language.
  • Must reside in Spain.
  • Available to start in August 2025.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to exceptional service.
  • Ability to work according to a daily schedule and adapt to changes.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Quick learner with a desire to improve.
  • Punctual and reliable attendance.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in performance-driven cultures is a plus.
