As an Engineering Leader at Route, you will lead a team focused on core backend services to enhance the post-purchase experience for consumers and merchants.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant work experience, including 3 years of management experience.
• Strong familiarity with AI engineering.
• Experience with large scale systems architecture and development.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, Javascript, Kotlin.
• Ability to learn new languages as needed.
• Experience budgeting AWS Infrastructure.
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
