• Lead a talented and mission-driven engineering team.

• Spend 50% of your time shipping features and reviewing architecture.

• Collaborate with other leaders to translate priorities into actionable work.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support.
• Help shape the long-term structure of the engineering organization.
• Foster a culture of action, agency, learning, and collaboration.
• Work productively during Mountain Time business hours.
• Occasional travel to Denver may be required.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in software engineering with people leadership experience.
• Track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong execution and delivery management skills.
• Coaching skills with a passion for developing engineers.
• Experience working closely with Product and Design.
• Solid understanding of modern development practices.
• Willingness to dive into technical work.
