As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process for a point-of-care AI experience, iterating and refining it to create a best-in-class experience for clinicians.

Own the design process from concept through delivery.
Iterate on a product currently in beta.
Conduct user research and validation sessions.
Build prototypes using Figma and coding tools.

Requirements

5+ years of product design experience.
Proficient in Figma and design systems.
Experience with Vercel and Bolt.
Strong user research skills.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
Startup mindset and adaptability.
Bonus for healthcare design experience.
Portfolio showcasing craft and problem-solving.
