Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Mastery of Figma, including components and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Experience designing across multiple touchpoints.
• Thoughtful approach to using motion and microinteractions.
• Familiarity with gamification principles.
• Comfort using AI tools for rapid prototyping.
