Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong systems thinking, leadership, and visual craft to join the NFHS Network design team. As the leader in high school sports streaming, NFHS Network is redefining how athletes, parents, and fans connect with the games and moments that matter most.

In Short

• Lead design execution for core product features (e.g., streaming interface, search, subscription flows)
• Partner with Marketing to create a unified, end-to-end brand experience
• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design strategy
• Deliver polished, production-ready UI for web and mobile
• Mentor Product Designers, providing guidance and feedback
• Represent design in senior leadership discussions
• Own and implement a scalable design system
• Curiosity about AI tools to improve workflows
• 7+ years of product design experience
• A portfolio demonstrating strong craft and user-centered thinking

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience
• A portfolio showcasing consumer-facing experiences
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to balance independent execution with collaboration
