In Short

  • Work closely with revenue and marketing teams to ensure alignment on partner marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement detailed quarterly co-marketing strategies with key partners to drive mutual growth.
  • Own end-to-end project management of co-marketing campaigns from project briefs and timelines to budgets and campaign performance.
  • Execute joint digital and in-person co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with partner teams.
  • Work with content creators and designers to develop co-branded marketing assets.
  • Design and deliver resources, tools, and training to enable partners and affiliates.
  • Measure and optimize co-marketing campaigns using data.
  • Track and manage contracts, a partner library, vendors, and campaign calendar.
  • Co-plan joint events with Roofr’s events team and partner company.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all partner program communications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing role.
  • 2+ years of experience in a startup SaaS environment.
  • Proven success building and managing co-marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of partner dynamics in an SMB SaaS or tech environment.
  • Experience building successful partner marketing processes.
  • Skilled in creating co-branded content.
  • Experience tracking and optimizing campaigns based on KPIs.
  • Ability to develop resources and training materials.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and can multitask.
  • Superior written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Enjoy traveling and working on the go.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and problem solve quickly.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Suite.
  • Familiarity with marketing tech stack tools.
