Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at Roofr, you will be the frontline of our customer support efforts, providing assistance and resolving inquiries with professionalism and care, ensuring our customers receive prompt and effective support.

In Short

• Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers and internal teams with inquiries and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Track and update support tickets in our CRM.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Bring innovation and creativity to the role.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of customer support experience.
• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with high daily volume of customer interactions.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
• Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
